As a NPI CapEx Engineering Program Manager (EPM), you will be responsible to coordinate and drive NPI equipment & fixture (E&F) requirements and readiness for NPI assembly and test lines as well as factory engineering labs. You will plan, develop and implement the capital equipment deployment at contractor manufacturer sites to support NPI manufacturing by working with multi-functional teams in US and China, including budget planning, engineering design, BOM building, CTB, setup, vendor support, sustaining, transfer, EOL scrap etc. Candidates must respond quickly for changes to the overall goals.
