NPI Go-To-Market Program Manager - Infectious Diseases

The Opportunity

As the Go-To-Market Program Manager, your primary role will be driving launch excellence of new products with cross-functional teams across the Infectious Disease portfolio globally.  It’ll be critical to understand the markets we are aiming to serve, partner with both regional and global teams, and build relationships to bridge knowledge gaps and influence change without authority.  Doing so will result in helping to serve a very broad community of patients globally and serve a greater healthcare need. This position is based in our Abbott Lake Forest, IL office location.

What You’ll Work On

Partner with regional and global cross-functional teams to drive launch excellence of new products, globallyCreate templates and tools, and conduct training on the Go To Market process, deliverables, and expectationsBuild relationships as a liaison to both regional and global stakeholders to understand GTM plans, identify gaps, brainstorm solutions, and ensure accountability of teams/deliverablesInfluence change to align to a global structure, creating excitement and campaigns to help drive adoptionWork with launch teams to establish KPIs to quantify success and measure progress regularlyMonthly reporting of launch readiness or post-launch execution against KPIsBuild excitement around successful launches and encourage knowledge sharing across teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Biological Science or related field required.7+ years of related work experience, with at least 5 years of commercial experience. Solid global product launch experience requiredExperience working in a regulated environment, ideally healthcareSolid commercial financial acumen (demand forecasting, building sales funnels, monitoring lead/lag measures, etc)Excellent communication/presentation skills, and comfortable with presenting to leadershipOrganized and careful attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

MBA strongly preferredMarketing experience preferredProfessional and consumer healthcare product experience preferredSmartsheet, MS Project, and Power BI experience preferred

The base pay for this position is $97,300.00 – $194,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
