Summary
The Senior Sample Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and supporting sample making. The role involves ensuring that sample produce runs smoothly until the sample packing and ready for shipment.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following
Prepare FA sample and prototype sample making according to the planned schedule. Generate reports. Train new operators or employees as required Operate, monitor, and maintain equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing processes. Track materials and components used in sample line and ensure that there is enough stock during sample making. Inspect the sample to ensure it conforms to quality standards and report any defects or irregularities. Other duties may be assigned by the superior when required
Qualifications
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings. Must have good attitude & enthusiasm when receiving task Basic understanding of production / manufacturing equipment and processes.
Education and/or Experience
Minimum SPM and/or at least 1 year relevant working experience in the manufacturing environment.
Language Skills
Ability to effectively communicate in Malay and English language verbally and in writing.
Computer Skills
Good in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Advantages of having knowledge in using Agile and DAS
Customer Expectations
Ability to work effectively in a team. Multi-Tasking
Work Environment
Ensure all activities are performed in a manner that does not create unnecessary environmental impacts.
Work Requirements
Must be physically fit. Relies on an extensive knowledge of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. A willingness to work flexibly/shift Monitor and ensure compliance to environment operational controls and compliance with applicable legal and other requirement. Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to improve efficiency
