New Product Operations are pivotal to Apple's products' dynamic development and launch. A successful NPO Manager is a natural leader and facilitator; is driven, organized, and detail-oriented; excels in program/ project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment; is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts; leads through relationships and influence: and displays grace under fire. You will support the Team and support NPI development, factory & equipment bring-up, program management, core process, quality teams, and other functional organizations within Apple. We will be responsible for supporting the product's successful launch towards meeting its stated schedule, quality, equipment availability, and customer experience.
