If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.** **Job Description:** Broadcom ASIC Products Development Operation team is looking for a NPI Product Engineer who is interested in working on leading-edge ASIC products technologies and delivering the best products to the customer Responsibilities: + Work with Engineering team to plan the material on multiple test chips + Place Purchase Orders to the suppliers and provide Lead Time to the Engineering team + Track material status regularly with the suppliers to ensure schedule is on track + Maintain material inventory and review the inventory with APD BU as needed + The candidates needs to have good communication skills and self-motivation Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience. + 0 - 2 years of experience in Semiconductor or equivalent experience. + Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process, 2.5D packaging. + Experience in managing customers. + Need to have problem-solving ability and self-motivation to learn the new knowledge. Preferred qualifications: + Experience in Excel. + Excellent communication. + Basic understanding of Supply Chain and Logistic. **Additional Job Description:** **Compensation and Benefits** The annual base salary range for this position is $59,000 - $80,000 This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
