Partner with the best
Lead the cross functional team to deliver on all program(s) deliverables. Developing a annual plan for its own department. Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working. Contributes to plan of larger unit.
As a NPI Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
Working with Product Management, Technology and other functions to clearly establish and communicate business goals and product requirements
Completing detailed plans and create deterministic project schedules across all functions
Demonstrating effective project management rigor and drive project activities to ensure on-schedule and on-cost delivery
Assessing and proactively manage requirements, resources, risks, project budgets and product cost and develop & implement mitigation plans
Executing programs with a sense of urgency and develop recovery plans if/when delays are encountered
Presenting real-time project updates to stakeholders, management, team members and customer

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Have proven experience in Program Management.
Have Project/Program Management capabilities and experience with project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project
Have the ability to anticipate events and develop adaptive strategies/remedies
Have the ability to lead and influence others without alienation, in a geo-dispersed matrix organization
Have the ability to work well under pressure
Have managed projects or programs targeted at the analyser market and familiarisation with the Panametrics product portfolio considered advantageous
Have experience with product certification including hazardous, wireless, etc. and familiar with certification agencies (CSA, Intertek, TUV, BASEEFA, FM)
Have proficient oral and written communication skills. Effective interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
Have the ability to being organised, a self-starter and motivated
Have the right to work in Ireland not requiring future sponsorship
