Job Description

Chargers, power modules, converters, and inverters are essential for electric vehicles, and our clients worldwide seek various power level charging concepts. If you are interested in automotive electronics and industrialization, the NPI Project Manager position in our automotive electronics division at our Hatvan manufacturing plant could be the next step in your career.

Your responsibilities:

The NPI Project Manager’s task is to manage and coordinate industrialization projects within our automotive electronics division at the Hatvan manufacturing plant.Develop project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure the smooth transition of new products from development to mass production.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement and cost reduction opportunities, and apply lean manufacturing principles.Identify and mitigate risks related to the industrialization process.Cooperate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of special-purpose machines, components, and materials needed for industrialization projects.Regularly prepare updates on project status and present results to management and key stakeholders.Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

QualificationsBSc or MSc degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a related fieldFluent English language skillsExtensive experience (5+ years) in project management, industrialization, or manufacturing in the automotive industryProficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and softwareThorough knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and quality standardsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsProblem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement
