**_Primary Responsibilities:_**
+ Responsibilities include engineering, planning, scheduling and coordinating through the complete production cycle.
+ Handle engineering projects and cooperate with process engineering team to release projects on time.
+ Coordinate with engineering team and manufacturing team to ensure that NPI materials can be delivered on time.
+ Optimize NPI flow and handle systematic projects

**_Minimum Qualifications:_**
+ Strong data analysis skills with SQL, Python
+ Embedded problem solving skills with strong logical thinking; ability to proactively assess situations and find solutions
+ Effective interpersonal and communication skills to work with BU and cross-functional teams
+ Be capable of handling multiple priorities; strong time-management skills that enable on-time delivery
**_Preferred qualifications_** :
+ Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field is plus
+ Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
+ Demonstrate ability to build strong, influential relationships
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
+ Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
