Overview

The DELIVER organization strives to deliver an outstanding customer experience through leading critical customer-facing functions such as distribution, customer service, logistics, and transportation across the Johnson Johnson Family of Companies.

DELIVER EMEA leads a sophisticated network of Distribution Centres (DCs) and Customer Service centres across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa supporting multiple distribution channels to JJ’s broad range of customers.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented New Product Introduction (NPI) Specialist to support the distribution and transportation function for new product launches within our region. The successful candidate will assist in implementing a standardized approach to the introduction of new products, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring smooth integration across regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Support EMEA Deliver NPI needs by participating in Global/Regional E2E NPI project meetings.

· Assist in developing and improving distribution and transportation business processes for NPIs.

· Contribute to the regional standardization and integration of NPIs into business processes for EMEA Deliver.

· Maintain records and assist in the governance of business process ownership (BPO) for EMEA distribution and transportation processes related to NPIs.

· Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and capture additional NPI-related requirements.

· Assist in the implementation and communication of change management initiatives across DELIVER functions.

· Support the deployment of a continuous improvement culture in EMEA Deliver, working closely with functional leadership.

· Help prepare and deliver training materials for EMEA Deliver partners on NPI processes and best practices.

· Build and maintain collaborative relationships across the Deliver organization to foster an integrated approach to process improvement and Lean methodologies.

· Stay informed on global standard methodologies (e.g., GDEx, Deliver Operations, Plan) and adapt them to regional needs in collaboration with the team.

· Demonstrates organized, analytical approach to problem-solving using proven methodologies.

· Ability to work independently and take ownership for results and to challenge the norm.

· Proven experience in successful change management required.

· Proficiency in English (both verbal and written); other languages an asset.
