What will you do? Recruit and evaluate non-profit groups to staff concessions at Target Field, ensuring they meet all required criteria and qualifications Coordinate and deliver training for NPO groups, focusing on compliance with alcohol and sanitation regulations, guest service standards, and technical requirements Organize and lead ballpark tours and recruitment events, both onsite and offsite, to engage prospective groups Maintain organized records of non-profit group contacts, event participation, and training completion, preparing necessary reports for event days and commission compensation Serve as the primary liaison for non-profit groups, ensuring alignment with company policies and providing ongoing support to enhance their experience More about you Must be self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision, and eager to be challenged and initiate projects and opportunities Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory Must be able to work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays Previous sales or recruiting experience and managing teams preferred Previous experience with non-profit organizations preferred Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Shift details
