The Role As an NQ Banking Solicitor, you'll be involved in a variety of banking and finance matters, including acquisition finance, debt structuring, and regulatory issues. You'll work closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex, high-profile transactions, gaining exposure to both local and international clients. Key Responsibilities * Assist with the preparation and review of banking and finance documents (e.g., loan agreements, security documents). * Conduct legal research and due diligence for high-stakes transactions. * Provide support on cross-border matters and communicate with clients directly. * Collaborate with senior lawyers on strategy, while contributing to business development.
