The Role As an NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you'll be working on a variety of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, regulatory investigations, and shareholder disputes. You will gain hands-on experience in managing complex cases and providing legal advice to clients involved in both domestic and international litigation matters. Key Responsibilities * Assist with the preparation and management of commercial litigation cases. * Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements. * Conduct legal research and analysis for ongoing cases. * Communicate directly with clients, keeping them updated on case developments. * Support senior lawyers and partners in strategy development and case management.
