Responsibilities: As an NQ Employment Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of employer and employee clients, with the opportunity to handle a broad range of employment law matters. These will include: Assisting with Modern Slavery Act compliance. Supporting on projects such as restructuring, changes to terms and conditions of employment, and redundancy exercises. Providing advice on operational HR issues. Assisting with data protection compliance. Representing clients in employment tribunals. The firm's diverse client base includes SMEs, OMBs, and listed companies, providing exposure to a wide range of industries and employment law issues.
