You will join China Purchasing Team and base in Suzhou. You will be responsible for:
Ensure the supply of non raw material at the best Total Cost of Ownership for the companyPromotes, support and push the creation and implementation of Cost Reduction Activities in cooperation with the other departments;Working well and assist other depts., supervise the purchasing work of subordinates; check and release orders.Continuously new vendor development for better cost & services;Yearly negotiation and contract reviewOn-time and accurate reporting on a regular basis, as well as right analysis for problem solving;Coaching and guide purchasing subordinates to reach KPI results.Understand, accept and comply with the related HSE responsibility commitment as part of daily work;Familiar with safety risks of the position, and actively report safety risks;Practice the four do no harm culture and believe in a zero tolerance culture;Familiar with safe working practicesComplete safety training;Others assigned by line manager.Who we are looking for
Rich experience in NRM purchasing management, multiple regions and plants experience is a plus.Prefer international companies working experience.Strong ability of cost analysis At least 5 years' above as purchasing manager or commodity manager with team leading experience.
