Basic Job Functions: + Support the construction supervisor in the safe and efficient management of ourcontractor resources. + Prepare and effectively maintain the various daily, monthly, and annual reportingrequirements. + Receive Contractor service receipts and coordinate with the Accounting Departments. + Administer Contractor Safety & Environmental training as necessary and issueappropriate badges. + Facilitate contractor safety meetings when necessary. + Verify information in the ISNetworld Decatur Database. + Knowledge of all Maintenance Clerk responsibilities to be an effective back up.
