Our mining operation provides you with the opportunity to live locally and go home every day or stay in our Village for your roster and Drive In and Drive Out (DIDO). We are only 130kms from the Perth CBD and approximately 100kms from the coast. You will work a 7/7 roster so there will be plenty of time to enjoy the lifestyle this area can offer you.
What you will be doing
As part of the Mine Services team you will provide support to the Mine Production Group. You will work in all weather conditions and the role involves a significant amount of manual handling and physical labour.
Your responsibilities will include:
Relocating shovels and cables for blasting. Dewatering of pits. Organising road crew signage. Delineating and building windrows around site. Operating a range of equipment such as Excavator 330’s, 988 Loader’s, 972 Loader’s.
Who you are
If you like working outdoors and enjoy hands-on, physical work then this may be the ideal role for you. The preferred candidate will hold a current HR driver’s license and demonstrate a safe, positive attitude to your work. Experience operating a variety of mining equipment and pump knowledge is preferred but not essential.
