Key Responsibilities:

Establish and nurture relationships with retailers and commercial builders to drive demand. Manage builder accounts, supporting and training colour consultants to effectively promote and sell the product offering. Maintain accurate records and promptly respond to inquiries to ensure seamless customer service. Analyse sales data, evaluate trends, and report on conversion rates to optimise sales strategies. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to new home sales teams, ensuring alignment with product offerings.

Skills:and Experience 

Ability to quickly grasp product applications and understand builder processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
