Job Description Lead end to end Solution Architect responsible in the development and delivery of E2E technical solutions that directly address customer needs, achieved through collaboration with cross-functional teams and potential partnerships with 3rd party solution providers.The role includes designing and managing engineering solutions for both new and existing B2C customers. This role involves ensuring alignment with business stakeholders on the strategy and roadmap for the service to deliver and achieve the desired service quality, cost and revenue growth.

Network Design and Architecture

Interface with business stakeholders, technology teams and vendor partners to gather, analyze, define, and design solutions.

Manages all aspects of the design and capacity. Keep in view on development & modification of hardware and software development and provide recommendation / suggestions if needed throughout the project lifecycle and accountable on solution integrity.

Develop & deliver Solution Plans / High Level Design in accordance to agreed SLA & resource bandwidth for business casing as needed

Provide support to Business and Product for their technical consultation during ideation or conceptualization

Employ experience in various delivery models like Agile, Scaled Agile.

Leadership and Team Management

Manages architects, designers and developers on various solution design and delivery

Vendor and Stakeholders Management

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and executive leadership, to align service design solutions and strategies with business objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors partners and business and technical counterparts to secure necessary resources and support.

Reporting and Communication

Possesses oral and written communication skills that will enable him to coordinate with both technical and non-technical teams in conducting presentation and delivery of the service or product

Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership on service designs and product delivery

Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
