Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Equipment Operation. Perform a variety of diagnostic exams and quality assurance procedures; ensures that nuclear imaging equipment is in optimal working condition.Patient Care. Maintain accountability for timely and proper service to patients throughout the area; educate patients regarding their procedure and maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the patient throughout the examDocumentation. QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates or Bachelor of Science Degree from an approved training facility preferred.Must be Board Certified in Nuclear Medicine Technology through the ARRT or NMTCB.Previous Nuclear Medicine experience preferred but not required. New Grads Welcome. Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certification.Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire.
