Job Overview:
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist, under the direction of the nuclear medicine supervisor and/or radiologist, the nuclear medicine technologist performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in the utilization of radionuclides for the diagnosis and therapy of disease in humans. Participates in and exhibits good Medical Center and Radiology guest relations.

Required:
Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology programNJ State licenseRegistered by the A.R.R.T. or the N.M.T.C.B., or Registry eligible Maintain requiredBLS through the American Heart AssociationSuccessful completion of site personnel general orientation and department specific orientationSuccessful completion of IV training class.Successful completion of radiation safety, survey and decontamination orientation/training by RSScheduling Requirements:
