Numerical Control Programmer – Drive Precision and Innovation

Join the PDS Tech Commercial team as a Numerical Control Programmer to support the design and manufacture of high-precision aerospace hardware. You'll develop CNC programs, operate machinery, and mentor team members while contributing to efficiency and innovation in a dynamic machine shop environment.

Responsibilities:

Create CNC programs for multi-axis lathes, 5-axis, and 3-axis mills. Analyze blueprints to define machining operations and cutter selection. Operate CNC and manual machines for high-quality production. Train and mentor less experienced team members. Continuously improve processes and refine programs for efficiency.

Qualifications:

5+ years of CNC programming experience (NX CAM preferred). Expertise in multi-axis lathes, 5-axis and 3-axis mills, and manual tools. Strong communication and mentorship skills. Preferred: 10+ years of experience and process optimization expertise.

Pay Details: $41.16 to $51.27 per hour
