This position is responsible for the management and implementation of programs to optimize cost savings and utilization with oversight of training, education, project management and support on behalf of Clinical Operations and the Village. Works in partnership with other corporate departments such as the office of the CMO, Pharmacy and Therapeutics, Quality Management and Clinical Education to analyze and assist in the development of programs and training tools to meet these goals. Manages specific initiatives for assigned divisions, provides trends and data analysis for assigned divisions related to Clinical Operations initiatives to the Clinical Operations Directors and VP. Assists the Director of Clinical Operations in collaborating with the Senior Directors, at the group level, and Directors of Clinical Services from each assigned division to ensure continuous improvement and to develop action plans as necessary to address division specific Clinical Operations initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner with Clinical Operations, group and divisional management, OCMO, Clinical Education and other corporate departments to manage Clinical Operations initiatives; evaluate group and divisional performance on said initiatives, and determine appropriate training and support to generate measurable gains relative to each initiative.
Participate, as a member of the Clinical Operations Team, in development of strategic direction for Clinical Operations and ensure the development of outcome programs to support the goals of the department.
Accountability and responsibility for initiative outcomes working in partnership with Director, Clinical Operations
Assist with the development and manage the implementation of Clinical Operations initiatives
Ensure consistency/standardization of goals and objectives across company
Travel will be required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
(Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required):
Current license as RN required
Education commensurate with above licensure/registration
Bachelor’s degree in associated field preferred
Minimum of three years’ (five years preferred) nephrology experience
CNN or CDN, Bonent certification within two years of employment strongly preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and adapt based on changing priorities
Solid reasoning, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities
Detailed-orientated, yet able to drive projects forward
Ability to evaluate outcomes and determine appropriate training and support to positively impact outcomes
Ability to utilize resources to accomplish project metrics
Scheduling flexibility and ability to travel
Current driver’s license in state of residence and insurable driving record
Intermediate computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point with ability to create presentations and use the internet effectively
