Major Duties: · Provide instruction in the theory and practical applications of Nurse Aide. · Engage learners in the Nurse Aide program using a variety of learning experiences and activities including lecture, lab, clinical, and simulated learning environments. · Evaluates students’ progress in attaining goals and objectives. · Instructional duties include course design and development of lesson plans, instruction, assessment, and evaluation with efficient maintenance of classroom records, and instruction in the clinical setting. · Faculty teaching in the Nurse Aide program will also be expected to attend clinical with students and develop and maintain clinical relationships.
