Consult Liaison service is a collegial, academically minded, innovative team consisting of psychiatry and nursing serving as liaisons between medical and mental health. Our team completes the behavioral health evaluation, assists with resource connection as needed, collaborates with outpatient providers and participates in a multidisciplinary selection committee in discussion of patient’s readiness for transplant; all with a team of psychiatric nurses and under the direction of a top-notch supervising transplant psychiatrist.
