Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Educator to join our team at a renowned healthcare institution in New York. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to improving patient care through education.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff.Provide ongoing training and support to nursing staff.Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments.Stay current with the latest nursing practices and standards.

Qualifications:

BSN or Master's in Nursing.Active CPI or PMCS certification required prior to offer.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse Educator with a behavioral health background/knowledge.Valid New York Registered Nurse (RN) license.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Shift: Must be flexible, but this is a full-time role.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
