Position Description

Utilizes the nursing process to deliver direct patient care to an assigned group of patients within a specific unit in accordance with the philosophy, objectives, policies and procedures of the appropriate division. Works under the direction and supervision of the professional nurse.

Position Requirements

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

 

A current nursing student who has successfully completed one clinical course in an approved nursing program. Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
