How you’ll serve our patients
As a clinical professional at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation.
As a member of the nursing leadership team, this role support teammates in providing a safe environment for patients and teammates through the coordination and evaluation of the unit under the general direction of the Nurse Director.
You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:
Ensure efficient and effective unit operations including sufficient supplies and adjust staffing as necessary
Direct supervisor of nursing team performance of duties
Responsible for completing monthly audits and checklists
Assure unit compliance with policies and procedures that meet accreditation and licensing requirements including reviewing and following up on incident reports
Serve as a resource and primary point of contact regarding clinical questions, policies, and procedures
Assist teammates with patient care responsibilities including milieu and crisis management
Provide direct patent care as necessary
Ensure teammate compliance with competencies, training, and education in conjunction with nurse educator
Must haves
State Licensure as an RN
Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.N.) from four-year college or university (Preferred)
1+ years of Nursing experience (Required)
Supervisory experience (Preferred)
Inpatient experience (Preferred)

ERC Pathlight Denver is hiring for 1 Nurse House Supervisor NOC position. Applications will be accepted until 11/29/2024.
Base compensation for the Nurse House Supervisor role, ranges from $43.750-$50.48 based on experience.
NOC shift differential $4 per/hr weekday Nights and $6 per/her for weekend nights.
