Each of these includes teaching, evaluating and counselling students and professional growth. + Utilize course objectives to structure and/or evaluate learning experiences. Actively counsels students in the achievement of course outcomes. Collaborate with Lead Teacher on student progress and related issues. + Maintain professional growth and development pertinent to educational responsibilities. + Work collaboratively with Administration, Lead Teacher, Faculty, Medical Center Staff, affiliating agencies to optimize student learning experiences. Follow School policies and procedures. Participate in accreditation and evaluation processes. Complete E-Learning and Healthstream. Communicate with appropriate faculty and staff about student schedule in clinical area, assignments and objectives. + Other duties and/or projects as assigned. Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior. **Qualifications** Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: + Masters Degree in Nursing + Minimum 2 years active nursing experience.
