Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Nurse Leader at our Basking Ridge location. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase leadership skills and make a meaningful impact on our team and in the lives of our patients and their families. This is a freestanding outpatient facility, located in Basking Ridge NJ. This site allows us to offer the most-advanced cancer care services closer to home for patients residing in this area of New Jersey.
Position Overview:
Work in a highly collaborative interprofessional practice environment. Plan, direct and manage the clinical and operational functions of the ambulatory care site during all hours of operation. Provide clinical and administrative leadership for nursing staff by developing and implementing programs, services, procedures, and quality nursing standards to ensure exemplary care for patients undergoing treatment at MSK. Will play a pivotal role in offering transformational leadership by creating and sustaining a healthy work environment that supports, furthers, and promotes excellence in patient care, clinical nursing practice, and patient safety.Key Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. New Jersey State Registered Nurse (RN) license/registrationNational Certification A minimum of 5 years recent, related clinical experience Demonstrated leadership skills.

Outstanding communication and self-awareness. Mentorship and coaching abilities to support nursing staff development. Critical thinking and problem-solving to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Adaptability and resilience to lead change and innovation. This role is based at MSK’s New Jersey Basking Ridge location. Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday, with weekend rotation as needed Reporting to the Director Nursing (Ambulatory Services)Pay Range: $146,100.00 - $241,100.00.
