This position focuses on collaboration, partnership, and alignment of best practices to support various Ambulatory Service lines. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality patient care, adherence to clinical policies, and the promotion of shared governance principles. **In this role, you will:** + Champion a culture of safety, patient-centered care, and continuous quality improvement. + Act as a clinical liaison and key partner in driving operational excellence. + Support onboarding, competency development, and clinical education initiatives. + Lead clinical workflow enhancements and contribute to strategic projects that improve patient care and efficiency. + Travel to clinics within the service line as needed to provide leadership and support. **Qualifications:** + Education: Bachelors' of Nursing Degree + Experience: 5 years' clinical experience in assigned area + Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in ambulatory care settings and leadership roles + Strong knowledge of clinical policies, protocols and procedures **What’s in it for you** At St. Luke’s, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission – and this includes our own SLHS team.
