Regency Health & Rehabilitation Center has an exciting Nurse Management opportunity for a our 60 bed skilled rehab center in Yorktown.

Do you  have the skills and talent to build and maintain a strong team?   Are you passionate about nursing and feel you have what it takes to manage and oversee clinical operations?  We are looking for a strong team lead to be responsible for staff supervision of nurses and CNAs, as well as interfacing with physicians, QI reporting and follow-up, and providing clinical expertise to staff as needed.

This unit provides care for our most clinically acute patients and residents. Typical hours are Monday through Friday day shift, with on-call rotations.

Requirements:

•Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
•Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as an RN or LPN, preferably in long term care.
•Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations as they relate to long term care.
•Nursing Management experience preferred.
