Job Summary:  Responsible for supervising, coordinating and implementing the delivery of nursing services in accordance with agency standards, objectives and policies and in accordance with state, federal regulations & accreditation standards for hospice services as it relates to care and needs of a patient facing a terminal illness and end-of-life care. Assumes administrative responsibility for the organization in the absence of the executive director and the program directors. 

Qualifications:  Current RN license to practice in NC (NC license or multi-state (compact) license).  BSN in nursing or other health related area strongly preferred.  Minimum of 2 Years, home health or hospice experience and/or related current clinical experience.  A great attitude with the ability to work unsupervised, strong work ethic, eagerness to lead and improve: self, others & organization.  Ability to communicate effectively.  Ability to work in a team atmosphere.  Strong computer skills required.
