Our Neuro Surgical Trauma Unit, the only one of its kind in Idaho, provides advanced care for patients with complex neurological, trauma, and surgical conditions. We’re seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee this high-acuity unit, featuring 18 ICU beds and a 17-bed Step-Down Unit. You’re ready to embrace the challenges of managing a specialized unit while supporting professional development and fostering collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide leadership for Idaho’s only Neuro Surgical Trauma Unit, part of a Level II Trauma and Level I Comprehensive Stroke Center. + Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgets, and quality improvement. + Collaborate with highly skilled Fellowship trained and Boarded Specialty and Sub-Specialty providers. + Mentor colleagues, ensuring professional growth and a supportive environment. + Contribute to strategic planning and program development in our pursuit of clinical excellence in this specialty. **Qualifications:** + Idaho or multistate RN license (must establish Idaho residency within 6 months if applicable). + Bachelor’s in Nursing (Master’s preferred). + 5+ years of nursing experience, 2+ years in a leadership role (preferred). + BLS certification; ACLS and PALS required within designated timelines. **Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion** Trinity Health is one of the largest not-for-profit, Catholic healthcare systems in the nation.
