**Description:**
Saint Alphonsus Health System is a leader in critical care throughout the Treasure Valley. Our Neuro Surgical Trauma Unit, the only one of its kind in Idaho, provides advanced care for patients with complex neurological, trauma, and surgical conditions.
We’re seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee this high-acuity unit, featuring 18 ICU beds and a 17-bed Step-Down Unit. In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated team providing advanced, life-saving care unique to the region.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide leadership for Idaho’s only Neuro Surgical Trauma Unit, part of a Level II Trauma and Level I Comprehensive Stroke Center.
+ Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgets, and quality improvement.
+ Collaborate with highly skilled Fellowship trained and Boarded Specialty and Sub-Specialty providers.
+ Mentor colleagues, ensuring professional growth and a supportive environment.
+ Contribute to strategic planning and program development in our pursuit of clinical excellence in this specialty.
**Qualifications:**
+ Idaho or multistate RN license (must establish Idaho residency within 6 months if applicable).
+ Bachelor’s in Nursing (Master’s preferred).
+ 5+ years of nursing experience, 2+ years in a leadership role (preferred).
+ BLS certification; ACLS and PALS required within designated timelines.
