Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Manager of Clinical Data Review to join our Clinical Coding & Support team. This position will work on a team to accomplish data review tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day functions of the Clinical Data Reviewers;Ensure team assignments are maintained including those assigned to the manager;Responsible for the allocation of resources within each team;Identify process deficiencies and propose improvements in department practices to Associate Director or Director, Clinical Data Review;Represent the department during internal or external meetings as required;Support the hiring, training, evaluation, and retention of staff. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required2 years of management experience preferredClinical research experience required; CRO experience preferredAt least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical industry Experience performing clinical trial data review requiredProficiency with Microsoft ExcelTravel: None
