About the Role:
This position leads the ICU, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry units, overseeing operations, quality improvement, and staff development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervise unit functions, ensuring policy compliance, appropriate staffing, and efficient patient throughput.

Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure completion of staff competencies.

Manage staff development, productivity, and regulatory compliance.

Maintain personal professional growth and leadership standards.

Job Requirements:

Associate’s degree (required)

Active RN License in North Carolina

American Heart Association BLS (within 30 days of hire)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Previous management experience

Recent bedside patient care experience
