This position collaborates with patients, families, physicians, administration, and associates to provide high-quality care. Continuously monitor and evaluate patient care outcomes, adjusting care plans and interventions as necessary to achieve optimal results. Perform thorough initial and ongoing assessments of patients to determine their health status and care needs. Formulate and regularly update individualized patient care plans based on assessment data and clinical judgment. Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care as necessary. Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Ensure adherence to healthcare standards and regulations. Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed** **:** **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:** Bachelors degree in nursing, business, or healthcare related field 1 Years of Leadership Experience. **_EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:_** Masters degree in nursing, business, or healthcare related field **LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:** Current Florida RN license required.
