The Nurse Manager is responsibility is centralized within five major areas:

Clinical Practice and Quality Outcomes

Human Resource Leadership

Management of the Environment

Financial Growth and Stewardship

Strategic Planning

General Description:

Baystate Noble Hospital is an 85-bed acute care community hospital helping people in the greater Westfield community and offers direct access to world-class technology, diagnostics, and specialists.

This inpatient acute care unit is a 31 bed unit that is unique to any other unit in the system. In this patient care area, we have the capability to care for a broad spectrum of patient acuity. Patients can be admitted to the 2 North unit after meeting the need for a medical/surgical, telemetry or intermediate level of care.

Equipped with modern technology, telemonitoring equipment and access to a network for specialists.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.** Can be done after accepting an offer**

Education: BSN

Preferred Experience:

5 years of experience in nursing
