Technical and clinical leadership skills are essential element of this position. Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to create inter and intra- departmental team-work. Responsible for organizing and providing clinical nurse leadership, delivering and maintaining safe and efficient care, recruitment and retention efforts, budgetary preparation and maintenance, maintains departmental policies and procedures etc..  Responsible for organizational values and competencies as well as core management responsibilities and competencies. Requires experience in peri-anesthesia care or critical care.

PA RN license and BSN required. Advanced Degree Preferred.
