Manage and lead a team of nurses and nursing assistants on one of the multiple units within the facility.Responsibilities:
The planning, priority setting and evaluation of programs of resident careFacilitate collegial relationships in the interdisciplinary teamsAssume responsibility for the management of fiscal and material resourcesDemonstrate the organization’s commitment to sound ethical business practices as directed by the Corporate Compliance Office and approved by the Board of Trustees.Accountability for the human resource and outcome management for designated resident populationsProvides emotional support to residents and their familiesWhat you will need:

A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of New YorkAssociates Degree in Nursing5 years of experience as an RN1 year of experience in a leadership rolePreferred:

Pay: $92,352.00 - $117,104.00 per year
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
