We're looking for a **Nurse Navigator** to join our **Clinical Oncology** team in **Twin Falls** !
**St. Luke’s Cancer Institute (SLCI)** is a dynamic full-service outpatient hematology/oncology treatment center offering chemo/bio/and radiation therapies. For advanced, compassionate care for cancer and blood disorders, patients and their families have trusted St. Luke's Cancer Institute for more than 50 years. Today we are a network of five cancer centers dedicated to state-of-the-art treatment close to home; patient-centered care and support; cutting-edge research; and community prevention, education, and early detection initiatives.
**What you can expect from this role**
The Nurse Navigator is a new role on our team. We are searching for a dynamic individual looking to be a partner in expanding our navigation program.
+ Assess barriers to oncology care and offers support, coordination, guidance and education for patients and families with a new diagnosis of cancer
+ Work closely with our providers, primary RNs, and scheduling team
+ Focus on navigating patients with solid tumor diagnosis
+ Full-time (1.0 FTE) | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 0800-1630
+ No nights, weekends, or St. Luke’s observed holidays

+ Certification pay (ex. OCN)
**Minimum qualifications for this role**
+ Education: Nursing Degree
+ Experience: Two (2) + years’ RN experience
+ Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross
+ Preferred: Oncology experience and/or Navigation experience
