Atlantic Health System, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our thriving outpatient practice in South Orange, New Jersey. The Nurse Practitioner will be part of a well-established group, providing care to newborns, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients in a busy and robust practice. Our primary care practice in South Orange, NJ, is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive healthcare services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our community. In this role, you will play a key part in advancing our commitment to value-based care and population health management. Additionally, the Nurse Practitioner will provide care to patients at Primary Care at Millburn as needed.
