Deliver comprehensive in-home primary care for seniorsDiagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic conditionsPrescribe medications and create care plansTypically see 1–2 patients per hour to allow for quality time and relationship-building.Collaborate closely across care teams and document using EMRPartner with support staff for prescriptions, labs, and overall care coordinationRequired Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner license (Georgia), DEA, board certificationValid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insuranceMaster’s degree and BLS (AHA or ARC)Strong tech skills and comfort with laptops/tabletsA genuine passion for advancing patient care and experiencePreferred Skills:

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
