Job Requirements:

U.S. CitizenshipEducation: Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program (ACEN or CCNE).Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license.Certifications: Nurse Practitioner certification by ANCC, AANP, or other recognized national certification boards relevant to your specialty.Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.BLS Certification: Must be current through the American Heart Association.

Key Duties:

Provide comprehensive, outcome-based nurse practitioner services, including general screening, medical care, and examinations for routine, acute, and chronic conditions.Deliver patient education and counseling, focusing on preventive care, positive health behaviors, and self-care.Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions, collaborate with physicians when necessary, and ensure patient care is aligned with clinical practice guidelines.Teach and mentor staff, offer evidence-based educational lectures, and participate in in-service training to support continuous learning.Work in a team-based environment, attending staff meetings, contributing to case discussions, and driving continuous quality improvement.
