We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate **Field Nurse Practitioner** to join our health team in **Buffalo, NY!** **Earn up to $145k!** **Typical hours 8/9a-4p** **This is a hybrid role where you will be in the field but also having virtual capabilities based on the weather!** Education: Certified and registered as a nurse practitioner (NP) by the State Education Department to practice as an NP in NY, GA, MI, CA, IN, and VA. COMPACT LICENSURE Preferred Must meet STATE Specific NP Requirements Must have Medicare license numbers and State Medicaid license numbers.
