SUMMARY OF JOB The CRNP in Occupational Health is an integral member off the Occupational Health Team. 340B Program Responsibilities: Specialty Medication Support Program is run by clinical team that conducts patient medication management and education in compliance with program protocols. Clinician will review patient demographics, pertinent labs, Progress notes, medication reconciliation, and prescriptions issued by other authorized prescribers to assure appropriate therapy for our patients. Will use clinical data to effectively communicate with our patients, review treatment plan, make recommendations to optimize patients’ care, and document the plan appropriately in Electronic Health Record. General Occ Health Responsibilities: The CRNP may also provide care for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients with occupationally related illness or injury. Participates in the Employee Health Program and provides necessary health maintenance and occupational surveillance activities to employees throughout Redeemer Health. Provides clinical services, leadership and direction for all Occupational Health activities throughout the Health System. Provides clinical services to companies utilizing Occupational Health Services. Maximizes productivity and enhances services while controlling expenses. In addition the CRNP is responsible for coordinating and/or providing work safety educational programs for HRHS employees. Is also responsible for medical case management of Redeemer Health employees with work related injuries and illnesses.
