KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: + Thorough knowledge of the principles and skill in the practice of Advanced Practice and Psychiatric Nursing. + Ability to make professional decisions. + Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, staff and the public. + Ability to communicate effectively, build relationships and promote teamwork with all levels of coworkers. WORKING CONDITIONS: + Works indoors in a clinic, residential crisis setting or residential setting + May be required to physically assist clients, may need to carry objects up to 10 pounds + On-call after-hours availability may be necessary in a residential setting.
