NPPA ndash Womenrsquos Health ndash Oncology ndash Job DescriptionHartford Healthcare Medical Group is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Gynecologic Oncology team This is an excellent opportunity to join an established successful group of Providers and staff Monday through Friday role you will practice in a collaborative team environment where all providers are connected through Epicmdashour fully integrated EMR system This position will provide holistic quality and cost effective advanced practice care for patients families and others in a target population and participates in the medical management of patients to achieve or maintain optimal health status manage disease and reduce risk of illness This position will also engage in independent decision making regarding the health care of individuals families and groups across the lifespan and the health care continuum This APP position will help organize and manage the chemotherapy practices see patients for cancer surveillance evaluate post operative patients in the office and facilitate palliativehospice care You will have the resources needed to provide changes in the system of care deliveryMay participate in clinical research in conjuncture with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer AllianceProvides patient counselingeducationParticipates in medical
