Job Summary: The Nurse Practitioner, Cardiac ICU Service extends clinical care to acute inpatients. Plans and coordinates rehabilitation, patient care plans, follow-up services of patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. Provides comprehensive medical care to patients, collaboration with physicians and staff. This includes medical evaluation, formulating treatment and providing counseling/prescribing medication to patients within the scope of practice.
