Facey Medical Foundation is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their Primary Care team in Santa Clarita, California. The ideal candidate will have experience or Interest in working with medically complex patients with multiple comorbidities. Make an impact in healthcare while serving a diverse patient population. * Part-time role at 2.5 days per week * No call * Outpatient clinic * Compensation is between $152,081 and $198,666 per year * 2 years of Primary Care NP experience preferred * The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
