Exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to be a part of shaping a new community based program – Youth ACT. The Youth ACT team is a multidisciplinary team that provides in-home and community mental health services to children, adolescents and their families. The Nurse Practitioner is primarily office based with the opportunity to occasionally provide community based service if indicated. In addition to providing psychiatric and medical assessment and treatment, the Nurse Practitioner works closely with the Team Leader to provide education, supervision and clinical oversight of the team. This position is 27 hours per week.
